  • Our Unique Model—an In-House Lab.
    This not only eliminates a “middle man;” but also allows us to control the quality 100%. By creating all prosthetics; (crowns, veneers, bridges, dentures, and partials) in our very own in-house lab, we eliminate the third-party fees an outside lab would charge. This also saves our patients time as we create most of our crowns, veneers, bridges, and dentures on the same day. We all know the saying, “Time is money!” and we promise to save you both.
     

  • Payment at Time of Service.
    By eliminating a Billing and Collections Department, we are able to save, on average $165,000 per year. We take these savings and pass them on to you, our patient, at lower fees.
     

  • Providing Specialized Care and all General Dentistry.
    Our goal is to bring your mouth to optimum oral health. We are experienced in all disciplines of dentistry and rarely do we need to refer you to a specialist. Our doctors have advanced training in dental implants, oral surgery and bone grafting, crowns, bridges, veneers, root canal therapy, dentures, and partials. Our staff is experts in these disciplines. Creating more efficiency in our workflow allows us to charge lower fees.
     

  • Investing in Technology.
    We have and will always have the latest technology; in fact, it is one of our core values. The recent advances in technology and materials make dentistry faster, better, and more efficient. Efficiency allows us to keep our fees lower and quality means fewer re-dos.

  • Professional Staff and Clinical Skills.
    We all have a long history in the dental industry. Experience creates quality and efficiency which allows us to keep our fees low.
     

  • Providing Third-party Financing. 
    We offer third-party financing options such as Care Credit and Lending Club and have established a relationship with Mid-Oregon Credit Union. However, due to the fees we are charged by the 3rd party finance company, a 10% fee is added to our fee schedule (which truly is 30-40% below usual and customary fees for Bend.) Once payment has been made we will begin treatment.
     

  • Dental Insurance.
    We will input your dental insurance information and print a claim form for you to submit to your insurance. You will typically be reimbursed within 30 days. Payment from your insurance company will be sent directly to you. This policy, while might not be the norm in most dental offices today, allows us to save internal costs that can be passed on to you, our patient, in lower, more affordable fees. We aim to be below the average fees for our specialty services in all dental offices in Central Oregon. This is a win-win for you, our valued patients. You are able to save on average 30-40% below the usual and customary fees of Bend, Oregon, and receive your Dental Insurance benefits.
